The cost of a funeral can vary greatly depending on the type of funeral you require. The following is a list of what you can expect to pay for when arranging a funeral.

Professional Service Fee

  • Photo presentation
  • Refreshments
  • Liaising with clergy or funeral celebrants
  • Ordering flowers
  • Placing funeral and death notices the newspaper
  • Arranging for caterers and/or musicians
  • Registration of death with Births, Deaths & Marriages department
  • Staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Cemetery or Cremation Fees

  • Cemeteries have their own charges.

Coffin or Casket Charges

Glen Funerals offer a wide range of high quality coffins manufactured in Australia.

You may require a low cost custom wood coffin which can be supplied, through to highly finished solid timber and metal caskets.

Disbursements

Glen Funerals also offer to take care of other expenses on your behalf, such as:

  • Funeral and death notices
  • Clergy or celebrant fees
  • Floral arrangements
  • Singers or musicians
  • Memorial books
  • Refreshments if required
  • Order of services sheets or cards
  • Medical certificates
